I’ve been where you are. As a mom that experienced the loss of twins in 2015, I understand the range of emotions and frustrations you may be feeling now. I also understand the desperate search for resources only to come up empty handed.
While the emotions are something you will have to process over time, I am honored to provide you with the resources in this program so you don’t have to feel lost like I did.
I know pregnancy loss can be a lonely experience, but you aren’t alone in your loss journey.

The cycle of grief isn’t linear. Some days you may feel fine and others you’ll want to stay in bed. That’s ok. Take as long as you need to complete the program.
Don’t skip over the educational section on core and pelvic floor health. Here you will learn everything from core and pelvic floor basics to checking yourself for diastasis recti and learning how to properly breathe and brace for your lifts. This section will be instrumental in your return to fitness.
Once you sign up and pay, expect an email from me within 48 business hours with your program link. From there, you have as long as you need to complete the program.
Approximately 45 minutes. That includes your warm up, mobility, strength, workout, accessory work, and cool down.
We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the downloadable nature of the Program, refunds will not be issued for the Program once it is purchased.

There is a detailed outline within the program showing you which track to choose based on length of your pregnancy, medical interventions, symptoms, and complications.
This is just a starting point though. You will receive access to all 3 tracks and are free to move between tracks as your body sees fit for that day.
Nope. While we will be working with weights, all movements are explained in detail in the video demos PLUS everything is easily modified to meet your needs and abilities.
However, if you’re struggling with the main movement patterns, I would suggest scheduling a consultation to review.
It depends. Are you currently working with or been discharged from a PFPT? Do you know how to make necessary adjustments for your body? If not, I recommend starting with a consultation or one-on-one training. We can help you be comfortable and confident in your body again where you will be able to make any necessary adjustments for yourself.
You can start the core and pelvic floor education portion of the program at any time. Prior to starting the 6 week fitness track, you should be cleared by your medical provider for a return to exercise.
