As someone who’s constantly on the go and enjoys getting out and moving their body, feeling like you’re limited in what your body can do takes a toll on not just your physical health, but your mental and emotional well-being, too.
Because not only does that throw off your routine in the gym, but that also means you can’t comfortably do the things you have to do, and want to do, in your everyday life.
You’ve sought out help before and it didn’t turn out the way that you thought it should. You’re frustrated with the health and advice you’ve received so far.
Maybe you’ve been told to stop or severely limit the exercise you love to do, or been given a list of movements that are “unsafe” for your diagnosis.
Despite what you’ve been told, your core and pelvic floor diagnosis doesn’t mean you have to limit your life and your training.
You can lift heavy.
You can train your core.
You can run around with your kids.
You can enjoy high-intensity exercise.
You can find other ways to manage your symptoms.
You can do all of this and more without feeling like you have to put your life on hold.
This is what my one-on-one personal training is designed to help you do.
You want to feel like yourself again, and part of feeling like yourself is getting back to the movements and gym community that you love. But your pain, core and pelvic floor symptoms, and uncertainty of what exact steps to take next are keeping you from reaching that goal.

“I ran around with the big one tonight in the yard and didn’t feel any symptoms. No peeing either! I’m just loving this and am shocked in a really good way at how different I feel already… My diastasis has (also) gone from 3 fingers to just about a finger and a half! ”
We’ll assess where you are currently, from core and pelvic floor to mobility and movement patterns. Once we have all the info, your programming will be designed to be exactly what you need to help you meet your goals both in and out of the gym… and you’ll get to have fun along the way.
We’ll cover pelvic floor connection, building your core, mobility, impact progression, endurance, and STRENGTH to get you moving again without fear.
This is the same formula I have used with both myself and previous 1:1 clients to help them get back to the lifts, classes, and active lifestyles that they once loved.
Have questions, concerns, or symptoms pop up along the way? No problem. 1:1 programming is high touch for a reason. I’m right there with you reviewing video, answering questions, helping to relieve your fears, and most importantly – giving you a safe space to learn about your body while you get your confidence back.
“It feels sooooooo good…Even if my lifts aren’t perfect, they felt heavy which made me feel normal. I’m amazingly thankful I found you. I feel like finding help on Instagram feels like what online dating was years ago, but it opens a whole new world and doesn’t limit me to what I can find locally. It feels so good not only physically but mentally too.”
“In other programs I was left piecing them together with more strength training or seeking accessory work to support a strength training program. This program checked all the boxes for me and I don’t feel like I need to do additional work on the side. For the first time in a long time, a return to CrossFit seems truly feasible based on how I’m feeling! This is definitely what I needed to transition back into lifting.”
“With Casey’s guidance, we were able to heal my body and strengthen my core. I finally started to see the results I worked tirelessly for. The expertise she offered has led to dramatic improvements in my daily life. It is entirely worth the investment in myself.”
We will work with whatever equipment you have available to you, Ex: a full gym, Smith machine, or even just dumbbells. However, it is recommended to have at least a set of dumbbells or kettlebells, a resistance band, a bench or box that you can step on, and a set of mini bands to get started.
The workouts generally take between 45-60 min to complete and include: warm-up (pelvic floor connection and mobility), core + impact training (to target your specific needs), strength (bring on the gains), a quick circuit or WOD style workout (this is where you can MOVE), accessory work (to support your strength gains), and pelvic floor relaxation (because a tight vagina isn’t a happy vagina).
No. Only Registered Dietitians are legally allowed to give a client a meal plan.
Based on years of experience, I find that 16 weeks is the perfect amount of time to help clients build overall strength, move into higher demand core movements, and start back into impact training. Most clients are able to move onto FIT for Women or another fitness program of their choice at that point.
Yes. 1:1 is completely personalized, so you can do the workouts anywhere with whatever equipment you have access to. Although it is highly recommended that you at least have a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells, a resistance band, a bench or box that you can step on, and a set of mini bands to get started.
1:1 training is by application only. I want to make sure that we’re a good fit for each other and that I can help you meet your goals. I’m not about to waste either of our time if I think you would be better suited somewhere else.
If you’re on the fence as to whether 1:1 will be a good option for you, let’s chat. No pushy sales calls or fear based tactics. I’ll simply ask you to give me a little info about your current situation, symptoms, and goals. Based on the info you provide, I’ll let you know what service I recommend.
You’re fully capable of re-learning how to move your body, of learning how to manage your diagnosis, and re-building the strength and confidence you once had in yourself.
And (unpopular opinion) you can do it on your own. You can scroll Google, put together workouts from YouTube and Instagram, and spend hours on Facebook support groups asking questions.
It’s totally feasible. It can just be a long and lonely road.
With 1:1 coaching you get a streamlined process to help you reach your goals faster while you avoid numerous HOURS searching the internet + the scariness that is trial and error of working through movement on your own.
You still get to become the expert in your own body – you just don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to cheer, support, and provide experienced guidance along the way.
You can learn how to move your body again, you can enjoy lifting, and you can feel the freedom of living your life as actively as you want outside the gym. And you can do it all without having to worry about your core or pelvic floor symptoms.
Let me help you get there.
